In compliance with the Federal Law of Personal Private Information Protection (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) (the “Law”) and its Regulations (the “Regulations”), Global Park Laguna,S.A.P.I. de C.V.. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred as “Global Park Laguna”) located at Avenida Oriente No. 2525. Colonia Centro,C.P. 27000 Torreon,Coahuila consider hugely important the privacy of information and for that reason, publish this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”).
In Global Park Laguna we are committed to protect the information that collect from you; for this, we have implemented measures of technical security, organizational and legal necessary, to protect the misuse or alteration of the information collected and will not use the information provided by you for different purposes herein described or within the document in connection of the legal relationship between you and Global Park Laguna; However, nor data transmission via internet or another wireless network is completely secure; for that reason, the transmission data through such media, you expressly assumes the risk of such communication media represents for the information transmitted.
Derived from the commercial relationships that may exist between you and Global Park Laguna, it may collect information relative to you, and/or your company and/or related parties. Our records are based on information provided directly by you, information that is available on public records and information provided by third parties who have expressly authorization to do so, either to analize any possible business transaction with Global Park Laguna, a possible labor relationship, a possible contractual relationship of any kind, and/or to comply with any legal requirements that Global Park Laguna may be under in Mexico and/or in any other jurisdiction. Only for the purpose of the exceptions provided in the Article 37 of the Law, Global Park Laguna is responsiblefor giving confidential treatment to the personal data that may obtained by third parties, either those that have been directly provided or obtained by different means, and will take the necessary measures for their safety and the legitimate, controlled and informed management of any personal data by those third parties, by their personnel, employees, dependents, consultants, associates, affiliates, subsidiaries or any other person that may have a relation and that could have access to the personal data.
Your information will be kept in Global Park Laguna’s data base, to which only Global Park Laguna’s employees have access. Outside of Global Park Laguna, your information may be disclosed (i) when an authority with jurisdiction over Global Park Laguna requires it under the formalities that the law demands, (ii) to service suppliers, only when it is necessary that those suppliers work for Global Park Laguna, as in the case of nesting of web sites, data storage, lawyers, auditors, etc.
This document is the notice to which the Law and the Regulations refer to, so when you provide Global Park Laguna with any personal data, you expressly waive to the exercise of any legal action derived from the lack of that Notice.

When is necessary, Global Park Laguna may retain a minimum of information according with those legal requirements applicable, in order protect Global Park Laguna ́s interest; with the understanding of that information will be retained as confidentialinformation and only for the sole purpose to comply with applicable legal obligations.
